Listing Agreement

- Don’t sell your neighbour’s stuff.
- Don’t try to sell guns, drugs, Koala bears, or family members.
- Don’t flame, troll, or cuss, and don’t upload porn.
- Don’t disappear.
- Be a good person (tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you Enzo Ferrari).
- Violators may be subject to public humiliation.
*These notes are not legally binding and are only intended to serve as relief from the dullness of the Legalese to which they pertain. They do not excuse you from reading and abiding by said agreement.
When listing an item for sale on Styckyd, you are responsible for all content you create on Styckyd and upload to your Styckyd listing. You may not post illegal or offensive content on Styckyd. You may not create listings for illegal or controlled substances on Styckyd. Failure to abide by the terms of this agreement when listing an item on Styckyd shall constitute a Breach, as described in Section 12 of Styckyd’s Terms of Use.
Upon submitting a listing, you:
- Warrant that you have the item you are listing in your possession and may legally sell the item;
- Agree to abide by Styckyd’s Terms of Sale upon sale of the listing;
- Certify that you have listed the item in the most relevant available category;
- Certify that the listing accurately and completely describes the item for sale, including all flaws, damage, and modifications;
- Certify that all information included in the listing is relevant to the item being listed;
- Certify that the information in the listing is correct and free of errors to your knowledge;
- Certify that no information about the condition of the item that may be relevant to a potential buyer has been knowingly omitted from the listing;
- Certify that you have the rights to all content you post in your listing including but not limited to photos, videos and text;
- Agree to communicate with other members and conduct negotiations with potential buyers in a respectful manner;
- Certify that that your Styckyd account is up to date with a valid email address and telephone number (note that Styckyd does not share users’ telephone numbers with other users) and all other contact information including mailing address; and
- Agree to remain reachable via email and telephone for the duration of the listing and respond to all communications from other members including questions and offers within a reasonable time frame;

Agree to remove the listing from Styckyd under any of the following conditions:
- You sell the item in a venue other than Styckyd;
- You elect not to sell the item;
- The item becomes unfit to sell or leaves your possession by any means other than sale;
- For any reason you can no longer commit to the terms of Styckyd’s Terms of Use, Listing Agreement, or Terms of Sale;
- Certify that the item you are listing is an automobile or motorcycle part or accessory or is directly related to automobiles, motorcycles or motorsports.
When you list an item, it may take some time before your listing becomes accessible to other users. Due to certain technological variables including database indexing and caching, Styckyd cannot guarantee that your item will appear immediately in search results.
As a user of Styckyd, you are also bound by Styckyd’s general Terms of Use listed on this site.
