What This Privacy Policy Covers

This privacy policy pertains to the use of the web site located at http://styckyd.com and the services provided by 2012 Technologies Inc. ("Styckyd"), including how Styckyd treats personal information that it receives from users. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Styckyd does not own or control, or individuals that Styckyd does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

General Information:

• Styckyd will not sell or disclose your name or email address to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this privacy policy.
• Styckyd collects personal information when you register to use Styckyd services or to post content on Styckyd including your name and email address.
• Styckyd automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your cookies, and the pages you request. This data is only used in aggregate.
• Styckyd uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provisioning, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting. Your browser automatically reports IP addresses each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in Styckyd's user registration databases when you register with Styckyd. IP addresses may be used for various research purposes.

Administrative Messages and Announcements

Styckyd will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. You may only opt-out of service-related communications that are promotional in nature. Styckyd will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

All messages from Styckyd will include your first name and last name as a measure for proving authenticity.

Opt-out

If you no longer wish to receive administrative messages, you may opt-out by emailing support@Styckyd.com. Administrative messages govern the use of the website and service. Please note that if you do not wish to receive administrative messages from Styckyd, those notices will still govern your use of the Styckyd website and service, and you are responsible for reviewing such notices for changes.

Sharing Features

"Invite a Friend" is a feature in which members can send a one-time email message to invite someone to join Styckyd. "Tell a Friend" allows members to share information about a specific item listed on Styckyd by sending an email message.

If you choose to use Styckyd's "Invite a Friend" or "Tell a Friend" features, Styckyd will ask for the information needed to send the message, such as your friend's email address. Styckyd will then automatically send your friend an email, inviting your friend to visit the site. Styckyd stores the information for the purpose of sending this message, limiting invitations to one per recipient-sender combination and tracking the success of these features. Anyone my opt out of receiving future “Invite a Friend” or “Tell a Friend” emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in each email.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. If you reject all cookies, you will not be able to use Styckyd products or services that require you to "sign in," and you may not be able to take full advantage of the Styckyd service. Styckyd uses its own cookies for a number of purposes, including to: access your information when you "sign in"; keep track of preferences you specify while you are using Styckyd's services; estimate and report Styckyd's total audience size and traffic; conduct research to improve Styckyd's content and services. Styckyd cookies do not collect personal information, and Styckyd does not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information to provide your username or email address.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

When you post content on Styckyd, your user profile will be associated with that content and your first name and last initial may be visible to other users. Styckyd advises against publicly posting any information that would allow other users to contact you outside of the Styckyd platform or those of its partners. Styckyd may be required to disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Styckyd Terms of Use. Styckyd may share aggregated demographic information with business partners.

Styckyd may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on its behalf and may need to share your information with them to provide products and services to you. Examples include but are not limited to analyzing data, and providing customer service. Due care is taken in these situations to protect the privacy of Styckyd’s users. In addition to strict internal controls limiting access to such data, Styckyd requires all parties who may require temporary access to such data sign a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Styckyd will not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with nonaffiliated parties except as specified in this Privacy Policy to provide products or services you have requested or when Styckyd has your permission. It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Styckyd's Terms of Use, as specified in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by law.

Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and Styckyd's ability to keep the community free from bad actors, Styckyd will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement, other government officials, or other third parties without a subpoena, court order, legal process, or substantially similar legal procedure, except when Styckyd believes in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to protect Styckyd's rights, prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss, or to report suspected illegal activity.

Third Parties

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information Styckyd collects from you. If you disclose your information to others, whether they are buyers or sellers on Styckyd or throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Styckyd does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. Styckyd is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other websites on the Internet, even those linked to or from the Styckyd site. Styckyd encourages you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.

As Styckyd uses Facebook Connect, it is recommended that users read and become familiar with Facebook’s privacy policy.

Account Information

You can change your Styckyd Account Information at any time. Styckyd may send you certain communications relating to the Styckyd service, such as service-related announcements and administrative messages that are related to your Styckyd account. You can delete your Styckyd account by emailing support@Styckyd.com. Please note that your identification, billing and contact information may remain in Styckyd's records for some period.

Your Styckyd Account Information is password-protected. Styckyd limits access to your personal information to Styckyd staff that Styckyd believes need that information to do their jobs.

If your personally identifiable information changes you may correct or update it by making the change on your Styckyd profile page. You may delete or deactivate your account by emailing Customer Support at support@Styckyd.com. Styckyd will respond to your request within 10-20 business days.

Security

The security of your personal information is of utmost importance to Styckyd. Your Styckyd account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Please be aware that you have control over the password you use, and that it is your responsibility to protect against unauthorized access to your account and to your computer by signing off once you have finished using a shared computer. You are liable for any activity that takes place under your account. It is recommended that you set a password that would be difficult to guess (i.e. Not directly related to anything you own, any person you know, or anything about your personality).

Styckyd follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information you submit, both during transmission and once Styckyd receives it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while Styckyd strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, Styckyd cannot guarantee its absolute security. Fraud Prevention

In the interest of protecting Styckyd’s users from fraud, any emails from Styckyd will always include the user’s first name and last name as a measure for proving authenticity. If you receive an email that appears to be from Styckyd that does not include your full name, please forward the email to Styckyd immediately at support@Styckyd.com.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If the privacy policy is changed, Styckyd will post changes so that you are aware of those changes. Styckyd reserves the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If Styckyd makes material changes to this policy you will be notified here, by email, or other places Styckyd deems appropriate.
